We are KEATEXT

About Keatext

Keatext was originally founded in 2010 as a professional services company. It was through working with several clients across different verticals that the founder identified a clear gap in the text analytics industry for a solution that could universally address the unique needs of organizations. In 2014, Keatext evolved from a service to a SaaS product offering.

Our Mission

To develop cost-effective AI-driven solutions that help companies of all sizes understand the customer experience.
