In 2014, Keatext evolved from a service to a SaaS product offering.

Narjès Boufaden, Founder & CEO of Keatext
Narjès has always been passionate about artificial intelligence and machines capable of understanding and interacting with humans. Her early addiction to the cult series Star Trek has no doubt something to do with this.
After an engineering degree in computer science, she specialized in Natural Language Processing and completed a PhD in 2005. Her expertise was and remains the development of new algorithms to analyze and mine human conversations.
Among the first researchers in this emerging field, she has published numerous articles on NLP, machine learning and text mining from conversational texts.
After several years working in university labs, she founded Keatext in 2010.
Charles-Olivier Simard, CTO & Co-Founder
A technology leader with 15 years of experience in enterprise software, Charles-Olivier has extensive expertise in the fields of computational linguistics, information management, search and semantic technologies.
He obtained his MBA in Technology Management in 2011. Charles-Olivier joined the Keatext team as a partner and CTO in 2015. He has been critical to the success and evolution of Keatext, and the development of Keatext.
I was immediately impressed with Keatext, the teams working on the application were extremely knowledgeable, and they were doing some new and interesting things with natural language. I knew I could bring a lot to the table, and I wanted to be a part of it.
