You will be an integral part of shaping the Keatext vision by designing, creating engaging campaigns and increasing visibility across the web
Manage, strategize and implement our marketing communications channels in a coordinated effort to capture and nurture relevant leads. Produce quality content for all our channels
Create email marketing campaigns targeting the right people with the right message. Monitor and maintain data quality within the marketing database. Visible improvements on conversion rates over time
Manage our social media presence, with a big emphasis on engagement. Communicate our company’s message on different platforms, with an eye on optimizing key social metrics using Hootsuite
Explore the complex world of paid advertising and find the best marketing mix for our company
Write engaging blog posts that support our marketing KPIs (visibility, lead capture & nurturing)
Create and maintain metrics reports on marketing and sales activities and effectiveness and business impact
Support the team in organizing or participating at local and international events of various kinds, including trade show communication strategy
Analyze marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization.
Evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimize marketing team performance
Interface with a global sales team to effectively launch coordinated campaigns
Manage the campaign calendar tracking all of marketing’s activities and effectively communicate said activities to management
In-depth knowledge of marketing best practices and testing
Create and manage funnel conversion tests. Evaluate results from this test and iterate on the model
Create and/or implement data aggregation tools to compile prospect data from a variety of vendors and sources, including APIs and data scraping
Strong written bilingual language skills, capable of writing copy that is interesting and flows well. A good grasp of grammar is a must
BA Marketing or equivalent
Managing email campaigns: content creation, database maintenance and reporting
Social media skills: knowing how to engage an audience through social media posts and interactions
Multitask and manage high-priority projects and daily work loads
Must have experience running paid campaigns. Enjoys testing new ways of using various paid channels: AdWords, Twitter, LinkedIn & others
3 – 5 years of experience on the operational side of marketing
Customer Service and Experience oriented
Exceptionally strong quantitative, analytical, and problem solving skills
You can tell a story with the martech data to give a proper diagnostic of a marketing situation
Working knowledge of CRMs (Pardot, Salesforce), and Google Analytics is plus
A/B Split testing experience a must
Experience with customer acquisition and full-funnel growth activities in B2B marketing
Always on top of new channels, tools and trends and willing to learn what you don’t already know
Some knowledge of SEO and how to optimize marketing communications to positively impact search visibility
Working knowledge of HTML and CSS a plus
Must be available to work in our Montreal, QC office full-time
Must be bi-lingual (English & French)
