The Role

We are currently seeking an energetic Lead Generation Specialist who is a self-starter, extremely motivated, and results driven. You must have a background in driving revenue in a high-velocity start-up and SaaS environment. You will be a key player in shaping how Keatext achieves success. Your Responsibilities

  • Articulate the Keatext business value proposition to decision makers and assess their buying interest;
  • Prospect, educate, qualify leads, identify key players and identify target partners;
  • Accurately track customer interaction in Salesforce to ensure efficient lead management;
  • High volume prospecting/calling of multiple organizations via cold-calling, email, inbound leads as well as utilizing online sources such as social media to build and maintain a healthy pipeline;
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and quarterly goals consisting of sales opportunities;
  • Develop and manage relationships by leveraging inbound leads generated through our online trials for partners;
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times with clients;
  • Conducting live product demonstrations remotely or in-person.
  • Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment;

Your Core Experience

  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce Stack and digital sales;
  • Strong work ethic, business integrity and demonstrated success in setting up appointments with decision makers;
  • Proven track record with a minimum of 3 years of successful quota-carrying outreach and lead generation experience in SaaS start-ups;
  • Excellent communications skills with strong ability to communicate effectively in person, email, phone and LinkedIn;
  • Seeks constructive feedback and coaching as you develop in your sales career;
  • Excellent time management, highly organized and task-driven;
  • Plenty of motivation, not afraid to initiate new projects with minimal supervision;
  • Bachelor’s degree is a plus;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment;
  • Excellent at generating reports and keeping the sales database up to date and tidy.

  • Quickly learn about the Text Analytics industry, the benefits it brings to customer experience programs, and develop the ability to communicate this concisely, using an accessible vocabulary;
  • Be a great listener: you have the ability to develop rapport quickly and build trust;
  • Articulate in French and English: communicate and establish customer relationships with all types of personalities;
  • Comfortable with calling individuals who have not shown previous interest in our products;
  • Energetic, eager, focused and competitive by nature;
  • Good at identifying customer objections and tackling them;
  • Ability to demonstrate the value of a partnership;
  • Proactively book and schedule the next follow up meeting at every touch point towards closing;
  • Collaborate with Keatext team for information and requirements needed by the prospect.

  • A competitive base salary along with a generous commission structure (no cap on earnings);
